During this transformation, BPO Payroll Services from KPSG was spin off into a subsidiary,
PT Payrol Prima Indonesia, branded as PayPrime.

1990

KPSG establishment as the first outsourcing company in Indonesia which provided paying agent human resource, payroll outsourcing services and traditional contact center outsourcing services having focuses on banking industry.

2004

BPO Services was initiated as KPSG Services.

2006

Entered into a new market segment by providing one of the biggest cellular operators in Indonesia, with Managed Operation Contact Center Services.

2007

  • KPSG’s vision to be a leading outsourcing company in regional country by entering into a regional business deal arrangement.
  • Adopted of Project Management approach in KPSG’s service delivery and project performance monitoring.

2008

Successfully provided Bancassurance Telemarketing Services that required higher and advanced service delivery, quality, and compliance requirements for Banking and Insurance partner simultaneously.

2009

  • Certified ISO 9001:2008 Integrated Outsourcing Service (Contact Center, Business Process Outsourcing and Human Resources), Improvement from ISO 9001:2000 Certified in 2008.
  • Payroll Processing Services function and was officially formed into Business Unit, as one of Divisions in KPSG.

2011

Initiated strategic alliance with the biggest worldwide Payroll Services Provider - ADP Streamline®. ADP is a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions.

2012

  • 10.000+ Payslip/month.
  • Expansion to Cashier Payroll Payment Service, BPJS Registration & Adm and Statutory Report.

2014

Acquired HRIS Company and PT Solusi Karya Insani establish (R&D, HRIS/Payroll).

2016

  • New Setup of BCP Operational at Graha Anabatic.
  • BPO Organic and Unorganic Expansion.

2018

2020

  • BPO Payroll Division spin-off into PT Payrol Prima Indonesia (PayPrime).
  • Certified ISO 9001:2015.
  • ESS Online Payslip & Leave Management Go Live (MNC Company: 466 HC).
  • Leverage business by serving ADP Celergo Clients (3000 HC).

2021

  • Entered HR Service covering Employer of Record Services.
  • Entered Corporate Services covering Entity Formation & Business Establishment and Corporate Governance & Compliance.
  • Took over client migration from Legacy Celergo.

2022

PT Solusi Karya Insani (SKI) merge with PayPrime.

2023

Entered Business Support Service

Formed a strategic partnership with Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co., Ltd (FSG), a pioneering, technology-forward HR service enterprise in China established since 1984. FSG provides end-to-end human capital solutions to Enterprises - both Local and Global.
