Founded in 1990 with establishment under KPSG, as of early 2020 KPSG has been transformed to DEOS Group, as holding company of 12 business units or subsidiaries with different services: Human Resources, Customer Experience/Marketing, and Technology & Value Added Support. During this transformation, BPO Payroll Services under KPSG, has been spin off into one of subsidiary company with legal entity name PT Payrol Prima Indonesia with branding PayPrime.
PayPrime is the market leader for integrated payroll services since Business Process Services operation earlier in 2004. PayPrime is an end-to-end managed payroll processing service provider, combining proven service delivery with advance In-house technology, experienced local Payroll Specialists and know-how in payroll operations. Having experience of serving multinational and local company clients from various industries, company size and complex payroll requirements, PayPrime is committed to deliver high accuracy, timeliness, and compliance savvy to local statutory requirements.

ABOUT US
BPO Services was initiated as KPSG Services since 2004, in a form of Payroll Processing Services function and was officially formed into Business Unit in 2008, as one of Divisions in KPSG.
Starting January 2020, KPSG Group has undergone a rebranding initiative to serve our clients better. The group are now called DEOS Group to cater all line of business across different industries. Align with group strategy in performing transformation, BPO Division was spin-off into subsidiary PT Payrol Prima Indonesia with PayPrime branding.
DEOS is the holding company of 12 subsidiaries which provide technology-empowered B2B solutions in the area of Human Resources and Customer Experience.
