KPSG establishment as the first outsourcing company in Indonesia which provided paying agent human resource, payroll outsourcing services and traditional contact center outsourcing services having focuses on banking industry.2004
BPO Services was initiated as KPSG Services.2006
Entered into a new market segment by providing one of the biggest cellular operators in Indonesia, with Managed Operation Contact Center Services.2007

- Payroll Processing Services function and was officially formed into Business Unit, as one of Divisions in KPSG.
