To ensure implementation of SOP is in place for all operation center, include KPI of Payroll Operation is to be monitored by having reports of KPI available as standard monthly report. To initiate process Improvement and coordinate with internal team and division or subsidiary. To maintain progress of Change Request and Issue Log and ensure the progress is tracked and implemented according to schedule.Administration of agreement / add on up to monthly billing.To manage payroll operation team, and to ensure every payroll specialist are delivering proper quality of payroll output based on customer’s requirement and in line with standard operating procedures. To coach and evaluate team member with developing purpose.
